I am not going to lie I was a little nervous because I signed.ip for whole body cryotherapy sessions. After speaking with Susan, very kind and knowledgeable, I was immediately put at ease and before I knew it the cold part was over! I was a little sad because we could have visited longer. I would recommend this therapy! This was a gift to me for my birthday in November, my friends thought that I would enjoy it since I have a Retreat space that focuses on Detox and Ayurveda. I did not have a chance to go these past few months...but I just injured my knee and am doing everything I can to heal it quickly. I could tell the difference in the mobility of my knee from before I went in the cryo machine to afterwards when I I went to put my pants back on. I just bought two more sessions to do before my chiropractor appointment like I did today!
